Our Conference Team

From your very first meeting, the Clough Manor Conference Planning team will make sure everything goes to plan, whatever that plan is.

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Pre-conference planning, timings and budgeting.
  2. Invitations, place names and personalised conference packs.
  3. Outline session-by-session agendas that including attendance lists, seating plans, session objectives and AV requirements.
  4. A full menu of food, drink and refreshments, with every special order and dietary requirement catered for.
  5. Travel arrangements to and from your conference, including the option of a grand entrance by helicopter!
  6. A huge choice of free time and team building activities in the surrounding countryside. Take your pick from rock climbing, canoeing, mountain biking, sailing and more.

Our Conference Facilities

Fully equipped conference and break out areas featuring:

  1. A computer controlled Lutron lighting system
  2. Integrated PA and presentation system with wireless microphones and hearing aid induction loop

Cough Manor Conference rooms

The Friarmere. Our largest conference space, accommodating up to 250 delegates in U-shaped, T-shaped, theatre style or schoolroom seating. Full AV presentation suite.

The Public Bar. A more informal space for refreshment breaks and free time in which delegates can mix and socialise more freely.

The Atrium. The ideal ‘break out’ room, with space to accommodate groups of up to thirty under its vaulted skylight roof.

Bedrooms

Book ahead for the use of up to 25 hotel bedrooms during your conference.
